Return & Refund Policy – SMAGGEAR™

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SMAGGEAR™. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please email us at support@smaggear.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@smaggear.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Need a different item? The quickest way is to place a new order after your return is approved and processed.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason—no explanation required. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to finalize the transaction.
